{"id":859,"date":"2016-10-22T10:33:37","date_gmt":"2016-10-22T17:33:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vps279682.vps.ovh.ca\/?p=859"},"modified":"2016-10-22T10:33:37","modified_gmt":"2016-10-22T17:33:37","slug":"healthy-spicy-chicken-chili","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/51.79.70.62\/?p=859","title":{"rendered":"Healthy Spicy Chicken Chili"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb gound Chicken<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 onion chopped finely (chop a little more for topping if desired)<\/li>\n<li>1 ripe tomato chopped finely<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of cooked black beans<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup cooked kidney beans<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of cumin powder<\/li>\n<li>3 large galic cloves chopped finely<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of hot roasted hatch chilis<\/li>\n<li>1 8 oz can of tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Shredded Cheese, and chopped cilantro for topping if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>Add olive oil to pan along with garlic and onions and lightly fry for about 5 minutes, don&#8217;t brown. Add in ground chicken and chili powder and cook and crumble with a spoon. \u00a0Add in rest of ingredients and cook for about 45 minutes till flavors blend.
