{"id":1673,"date":"2021-01-20T16:07:52","date_gmt":"2021-01-20T23:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vps279682.vps.ovh.ca\/?p=1673"},"modified":"2021-01-20T16:07:52","modified_gmt":"2021-01-20T23:07:52","slug":"mexican-chicken-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/51.79.70.62\/?p=1673","title":{"rendered":"Mexican Chicken Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This is a delicious, quick and easy meal to make for a weekday meal when you are busy and don&#8217;t have a lot of time to spend cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil1lb chicken breast, finely diced <\/li><li>1 tablespoons chili powder<\/li><li>1 tablespoons ground cumin<\/li><li>1 teaspoon garlic salt<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper<\/li><li>1\/2 large red bell pepper, diced<\/li><li>1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup<\/li><li>1\/2 cup milk <\/li><li>1 lb. any type of pasta<\/li><li>2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/li><li>1\/4 cup cilantro, for garnish<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium high. Add the chicken and saut\u00e9 until browned all over, 5 minutes <\/li><li> Toss in the chili powder, cumin, garlic salt and red pepper. Saut\u00e9 another minute. Add the red bell pepper,  cream of mushroom soup and milk and stir to combine. <\/li><li> Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Cover and slide into a 350\u00b0F oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
